Suspects sought in credit card caper

KEIZER, Ore. - A woman shopping at the Ross Dress For Less at Keizer Station had her wallet stolen - and within minutes, five people made thousands of dollars in purchases at the nearby Target store.
Police on Tuesday released surveillance photos showing the men and women who made purchases with the stolen credit cards July 21, 2012. One of the men left the store and returned after changing his clothes.
The police department asks anyone with information about these subjects to contact Officer James Young at (503) 390-3713 ext. 3510.
where is the responsibility of the store
checking for ID b4 allowing a purchase. they hate getting ripped off but dont give a rip about the damage caused by turning a blind eye to who is swiping the credit card in their store. as the employee at the register one would think that person would want to see their money protected by verifying ID b4 a purchase. I like the idea of implanting felons too.
There is a way we could stop some of this from happening. When the perpetrators of felonies are caught, convicted and sentenced, the sentence must be for the full term listed for the crime. In the event an inmate wishes to get an early out he or she must consent to being implanted with a GPS device that records their location 24-7. Simple, if a crime is committed a computer program scans all the GPS coordinates of implanted felons. If one of the implanted felons matches the location and time of the crime, it is simple and easy to find them, and they go away for life.
