$5,000 reward offered in violent bank robbery

WILSONVILLE, Ore. -- A reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information leading to the arrest of two men involved in a violent takeover bank robbery this week.

Two armed, masked men walked into the Chase Bank, located at 30060 SW Boones Ferry Road in Wilsonville, at around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, according to the FBI.

The men approached the the employees, demanded cash and left the building with an undisclosed amount of money.

The men were carrying handguns.

There were four employees in the bank at the time. No one was hurt.

Witnesses describe both men as having dark complexions. One man was about 5-foot-11 with a medium build. He was wearing a black or dark-colored hoodie. The second man was about 5-foot-9 and very thin. He was wearing a hoodie that was black and blue/gray.

Both men were wearing neoprene-style face masks.

The men should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who has immediate contact with the men should call 911. Anyone with more general information on the identity or location of these men are asked to contact the FBI at (503) 224-4181 or the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office at (503) 723-4949.

The Oregon Financial Securities Task Force (FIST) is offering the $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the men responsible. FIST is a group made up of several financial institutions, as well as representatives from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
