Free breakfasts and lunches for kids in Eugene
EUGENE, Ore. -- There is such a thing as a free lunch.
Free breakfast, too.
Eugene School District 4J’s summer food program provides free breakfast and lunch meals to all children ages 18 years and under.
The program is run separately from Food for Lane County’s summer food program.
The program is open to all children within the age limits; there are no application, income or enrollment requirements.
Free meals are available to adults who volunteer to help serve food, and parents who do not volunteer are invited bring their own food and eat with their children.
