If you want to see the latest work of an Albany man, you'd better find a pen pal -- in Central Africa.

Randall Dighton has designed a new postage stamp, commemorating World Religion Day, commissioned by the Democratic Republic of The Congo.

"Ideas came to me partially from the committee, partially from people in Congo, and my own ideas," Dighton says, "and I put them all together, back and forth with the committee for about two months, and it was finally approved."

The stamp goes into circulation this Friday; World Religion Day is Sunday, January 21st.
