Aftermath of Moon Mountain explosions
EUGENE, Ore. -- Early Tuesday morning, this power pole was on fire. Later in the day, crews went to work repairing the damage from a series of bright flashes and explosions reportedly seen from as far away as north River Road -- and felt by residents of neighborhoods southeast of the University of Oregon.
