CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — A Corvallis man has been accused of raping a 20-year-old woman at a party at his residence last November.
Tyson Barrett Mann, also 20, was indicted Friday on charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sex abuse, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and coercion. He was arrested Saturday, and bail was set at $375,000 at a court hearing Monday.
The Gazette-Times says the woman reported the alleged rape on Dec. 10 to police at Oregon State University, who referred her to the Corvallis Police Department.
