Bridge closed due to overturned semi

ASTORIA, Ore. - A semi overturned on The Astoria-Megler Bridge between Oregon and Washington on Monday morning.

Authorities closed the bridge at each end to allow crews to recover the semi. 

Transportation officials said to expect a lengthy closure.

Motorists should avoid the area, use an alternative route or expect long delays, ODOT said.
