CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Troops from across the globe in Afghanistan cheer on their home state favorite as Oregon State hosts Oregon on Saturday for the 116th Civil War at Reser Stadium.
Soldiers from Oregon deployed to Afghanistan send a Civil War shout-out to both Oregon State University and the University of Oregon.
