Deputies: Man with gun causes alarm at trailer park

MYRTLE CREEK, Ore. -- A Riddle man was arrested by deputies after several people at a trailer park reported that he had pointed a firearm at them.
Several residents of the Wooten Manor Mobile Home Park in theTri City area reported seeing Douglas Scott Stone, 27, in the passenger seat of a vehicle waving around a large silver handgun at around 5:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Two of the people who reported Stone told deputies that he had pointed the gun at them in front of their residence.
When Douglas County Sheriff's deputies arrived on the scene, they say they found Stone with a Ruger .357.
Stone was arrested and charged by deputies with menacing, pointing a firearm at another and unlawful possession of a firearm.
He's currently being held at the Douglas County Jail on more than $23,000 bail.
Another nut with a gun. Â There are so many cases of gun craziness here in Oregon it's getting hard to keep up with them.
@Baldr Odinson At least he wasn't using an, "assault rifle."  The Ruger .357 is more than likely a not-as-mean-looking, six-shot revolver.  Surely you don't want to ban those too right?  Oh wait, I just noticed your avatar icon.

I've posted the following links for that one guy who always calls you a communist. Not wanting a crazy person to own a gun does not fall under communism, or socialism, or nazism for that matter. Â
