Victim identified in Fall Creek Reservoir drowning

LOWELL, Ore. - A dive team recovered a body from Fall Creek Reservoir on Thursday afternoon, and the Lane County Sheriff's Office identified the victim as 17-year-old Ethan Wyatt Braden from Minnesota.

Braden's body was found 54 feet below the surface of the reservoir.

The dive team took to the water looking for the victim after he jumped into the water and didn't come out.

Witnesses said the man jumped from a 25 to 30 foot rock ledge over the reservoir and hit the rock before landing in the water.
