Funeral for Powell boys moved to larger venue
TACOMA, Wash. -- The funeral for the two sons of missing Utah woman Susan Powell has been moved to a new location that can accommodate a larger gathering.
Brian Curnow with the Curnow Funeral Home said the memorial service will be held at the Life Center Church in Tacoma on Saturday.
The service is open to the public and will begin at 11 a.m.
The funeral was originally scheduled to be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center in Puyallup, but Curnow said the change was made because of the large number of people expected to attend.
