'Guess what I'm going to do to her?'

EUGENE, Ore. - A 26-second video posted on YouTube on Friday reached a million views over the weekend.

In it, a man looks into the camera and gestures towards a woman unconscious on a couch.

"Hey bros, check who passed out on the couch," the man says. "Guess what I'm going to do to her?"

The scenario references a recent rape trial in Steubenville, Ohio. Two young men were convicted of raping a girl who passed out and didn't remember what happened.

In the video, however, the man puts a pillow under the woman's head, covers her with a blanket and brings her a glass of water.

"Real men treat women with respect," he says to the camera.

The University of Oregon students who shot the public service announcement didn't expect the video to go viral.

"The fact that it went viral just because it shows that is a dialogue that really, honestly needs to happen, and it is happening," said co-producer Aaron Blanton.

Blanton and Justin Gotchall, the male actor in the video, said they were outraged by coverage of the Steubenville rape trial. They think too much emphasis was placed on the Ohio high school football stars, marginalizing the young girl who was raped.

"If a woman passes out on a couch dressed trashy, as a couple of YouTube comments said, that's fine - you shouldn't rape her," Gotchall said.
