EUGENE, Ore. -- A Eugene man that was reported missing from northeast Eugene was safely located in Junction City Monday afternoon, Lane County Sheriff's Office said.
Sean David Wilhelm's family reported last seeing him in the 300 block of Irving Rd. in the Santa Clara area at 1 p.m. Sunday.
Wilhelm was described as developmentally delayed and was listed as possibly in danger.
The Wilhelm family said that they recently moved from the Junction City area to Eugene. LCSO said that Sean might be confused and trying to return to his old home in Junction City.
Over a day after Wilhelm went missing, witnesses reported finding him in a Junction City park. Family members who picked Sean up said that he was in good health.
Detective Sergeant Cliff Harrold said that it is still unknown where Wilhelm spent last night on his journey to Junction City.
