How to get free tickets to Eugene Symphony in the Park

EUGENE, Ore. - Free tickets to the 6th annual Symphony in the Park at the Cuthbert Amphitheater are available starting Tuesday, June 17, at 11 a.m. at the Hult Center box office.

Concert goers are asked to bring canned food to donate to Food for Lane County.

The concert July 19 opens early at 6:30 p.m. for a pre-concert performance by the Eugene Syphonic Band and an "Instrument Petting Zoo."

The Eugene Symphony will perform selections from the musical "Oklahoma!", a Brazilian samabe, music from the film "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial" and Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture."

The concert also features tuba player Jake Fewx, who will perform "Flight of the Bumble Bee" and other selections.

Tickets are free to pick up in person.

Tickets are required for ages 3 and up. Limit 4 per household.
