Junction City man OK after trailer crash on I-5
SALEM, Ore. - A Junction City man's camp trailer brakes malfunctioned, causing him to crash and block Interstate 5 on Thursday.
James Carter, 47, was not injured in the crash. State police cited him for driving without a license and driving without insurance.
The crash happened just before 11 a.m. on I-5 northbound. The camp trailer's brakes malfunctioned, police said, causing it to sway back and forth before overturning.
While Carter was OK, the wreckage blocked one lane of I-5 for almost two hours.
"State police cited him for driving with a license and driving uninsured."  yeah...o.k...give me a ticket for having a license!!! I'm sorry...the writers here lately make me laugh...or not!!!
