EUGENE, Ore. -- A man was taken to the hospital Saturday morning after he slid out while turning his motorcycle onto Chambers from 6th St., Eugene Police said.
Officials at the scene said the man was driving west on 6th Street when at around 9:20 a.m. Saturday he lost control of his motorcycle and slid out while turning north onto Chambers.
Officers at the scene said the man had some minor injuries from falling off his motorcycle. He was transported to Sacred Heart at Riverbend.
Police closed the intersection for about 15 to 20 minutes while emergency crews handled the crash.
