Medical examiner: Woman found dead in lake drowned

COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. - A woman found dead in Cottage Grove Lake on Friday was reported missing by her family two days earlier.

The body of Amanda Selina Deluca, 45, was discovered floating in the lake the afternoon of Sept. 7.

Her family had reported her missing two days earlier on Sept. 5, and her car was found in Cottage Grove on Sept. 6.

The medical examiner ruled the cause of death as drowning. No foul play is suspected.
