ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The 42-year-old Roseburg woman that was reported missing by her mother back in May has been found in southern California, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
Sabrina Lee Beleele was reported missing on May 31, and was last reported to be seen at her mother's Sutherlin residence.
An investigator with the Social Security Administration helped locate Beleele, who was found on Friday in Los Angeles.
Jessie Chavez, Sabrina's mother, told KPIC News in July, that she was very worried about her daughter, and described the family's last contact with her.
Chavez said she went missing after she had an argument with her brother back in May.
Her brother said he told her to respect the house, or leave it.
That's when her family says Sabrina ran to a neighbor. "I guess he was chasing her down the street, and the girl who lives down the road here, said that she went after her, but she was screaming and crying and then she took off," Chavez said.
Sheriff's deputy Dwes Hutson said this type of thing isn't uncommon. "It probably wasn't unusual for her to be gone for a while, but at some point, the mother didn't hear from her and so she reported her missing."
