The scenario of a bleacher collapse involved first responders, Oregon National Guard role players, and personnel from U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM). The exercise tests from a simulated bleacher collapse May 2 at Hayward Field, the scenario being Olympics trials at the University of Oregon.
