"Here is some footage of what the flood is like along the Siuslaw River around milepost 6 of Stagecoach Road. We are blocked in by the river to the east and west, not to mention the washout I've already told you about. We still have power, but who knows how long that will last?," said Aradia Farmer, a resident of the Leisureland community.
