Police: Man found dead in dugout at Roseburg park

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg police say they are investigating the death of a 53-year-old man at a local park.

Police say that on Friday just before 10:30 am, officers responded to a medical aid call at Gaddis Park.

Authorities found a man, identified as Todd Brian Johnson, 53, of Roseburg, unresponsive in one of the dugouts at the park.

Police say Johnson could not be revived by medical crews.

Roseburg police and the Douglas County Medical Examiner are investigating the death, and no cause has been determined yet.

Police say Johnson's family has been notified.
