Police: Missing man requires medication, doesn't speak English
The Albany Police Department is now asking the public for help locating 43-year-old Yevgeniy Leonidovich Ilnitskiy.

ALBANY, Ore. - A man who requires medication and does not speak English walked away from a care home Monday and hasn't been seen since.

The Albany Police Department is now asking the public for help locating 43-year-old Yevgeniy Leonidovich Ilnitskiy.

Ilnitskiy walked away from a care home in the 1100 block of SW Broadway Street on August 11, 2014.

Ilnitskiy is 5-foot-6, 160 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing tan hospital pants and a blue shirt.

Ilnitskiy is of Ukranian descent and does not speak English.

He is a prolific walker, is supposed to take medication daily, and may appear confused if contacted, police said.

Police said it is believed he walked south from Albany.

Anyone seeing Ilnitskiy is asked to call 9-1-1.
