Police: Missing teen found at mall by citizen

EUGENE, Ore. - Police reported a 14-year-old boy with special needs was reported missing from Monroe Middle School Tuesday afternoon.

Officials said that he was located at the Gateway Mall by a citizen later that evening.

The missing boy was reported to have left Monroe Middle School on foot before the regular school day release. He was last seen at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.

At around 5:30 p.m., Eugene Police said that Benjamin was located by a citizen at the Gateway Mall in Springfield.
