Police arrested Daniel Jude Uelman, 35, and booked him into the Deschutes County Jail on charges of Unlawful Possession, Distribution and Manufacture of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Uelman was also cited to appear in Klamath County Circuit Court on the same charges.
