Sexual contact with girls under 18 gets 20-year-old man jail time
COQUILLE, Ore. — A 20-year-old man who pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with girls under age 18 will serve four months in jail for the crimes.
Levi Lamontagne pleaded guilty to three counts of third degree sodomy and one count of third degree sex abuse.
He will serve 30 days in jail for each count and 5 years of formal probation.
Hey KVAL, how come you don't tell the entire story? You didn't include the age of the girls? Why is it so hard for the media to include all pertinent information when doing a story?
Could it be because this alleged victim is 17 years and ten months old?
Are you trying to make this guy look like the big bad pervert? He's only twenty years old, if the girl was 16 (which is legal to give consent in some states) that would make him only four years older than her.
