Authorities say after offloading his logs at Roseburg Forest Products, he drifted into the gravel, over corrected, went across both lanes, and rolled 1.5 times after sliding on the shoulder.

He was transported to Mercy by ambulance.

The Sheriff's office says that after he was released from Mercy, he was given field sobriety tests.

Howland was arrested for DUII – Alcohol.

He was cited and released from the Douglas County Jail.
