Sheriff: Have you seen this man?

WINCHESTER BAY, Ore. -- Sheriff's detectives are asking for the public's help in finding a man who may have left a suicide note inside his car near the Umpqua Lighthouse in Winchester Bay.

On Friday, March 9, deputies received a report of an abandoned vehicle near the lighthouse. They tagged it for towing and tried to locate the owner, Robert Breed Jr., 48, of Seattle, Wash.

On March 16 when the vehicle was towed, deputies discovered what appeared to be a suicide note inside the car.

Deputies searched the area on ATVs, but could not locate Breed.

He is described as 5' 11", 195 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.
