The man found dead in a burning house on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012 has been identified as 51-year-old Moji Silas Tholl (shown here in a 2004 file mugshot from the Lane County Jail). Deputies have charged an acquaintance with murdering Tholl and setting the house on fire.
