Sheriff: Suspect found hiding under mobile home

COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. - The investigation started with the report Sunday morning of a young man running through private property, claiming someone was chasing him - and trying to kill him with a rifle.
Lane County Sheriff's deputies located the man, who told deputies he got in a dispute with Robert William Thraen at a Lorane Highway residence.
The man told deputies Thraen pointed a firearm at him and threatened him.
He escaped when a phone call distracted Thraen, he told deputies.
Deputies went to the home in the 28000 block of Lorane Highway and found evidence and firearms matching descriptions given by the victim.
They found Thraen several hours later, hiding under a manufactured home.
Deputies told the 37-year-old at gunpoint to come out from under the house.
Deputies arrested Thraen on charges of first degree kidnapping, felon in possession of a firearm, coercion, menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and pointing a firearm at another.
Gee, don't want to be a buzz kill but what about the charges "first degree kidnapping, felon in possession of a firearm, coercion, menacing, unlawful use of a weapon and pointing a firearm at another."Â Sounds like a fun-loving caring lovely man.Â
Actually, Autumn Martin...you're the first one to include "crazy" and "freak" in a description of Thraen.  I have to admit that when I see his mug shot, the LAST thing that comes to my mind is caring or talent artist.
I'm thinking a judge will get an opportunity to hear his side of the story. Probably some very good reasons why he threatened someone with a gun and then hid under a mobil home. I imagine the judge hears good reasons for that behavior on a regular basis.
I was lucky enough to know this man,and the person you have wrote so clearly to be a crazy tattooed freak. Just the opposite he was a funny, caring, talent artist. That tattoo on his head does not define him. I'm seeing that you all are just getting ones side of the story......Why don't we hear his side, and determine from there, not by a dramatic article written no dought by someone trying to move up in their career.
I grew up various small towns and I remember the cult panics where the local kids would be accused of zombism and practicing of the anti-Christ. Â Body art such as this was one of the signs. Â Just saying don't do something just, "cuz it's cool."
@J. Burton , yeah. Cose-minded fool. Bob has NEVER done ANYTHING to "be cool." Another shmuck judging those they do not know, just by what you read in a media article. You obviously don't know his side of the story, but then again, you probably blindly follow the pied piper too, right you little rat? LOL
The unicursal hexagram is so-called because it can be drawn unicursally- that is, in one continuous movement. This is significant when forming figures in ritual magick, where a continuous line is preferred to an interrupted movement.
The symbol was devised by the Golden Dawn, and later adapted by Aleister Crowley as a device of personal significance. It is often worn byThelemites as a sign of religious identification and recognition. The unicursal hexagram was created for the purpose of drawing the figure in one continuous movement, as the other magical polygons are created- the pentagram is one example. This is significant in ritual magick when invoking and banishing hexagrams must be made. Crowleyâs adaptation of the unicursal hexagram placed a five petaled rose, symbolizing a pentacle (and the divine feminine), in the center; the symbol as a whole making eleven (five petals of the rose plus six points of the hexagram), the number of divine union.
@godless anarchist Wow....and here I thought it was a belt buckle print.
Thank you, Google.com.
Copy and paste is so much fun! :-)
Talk about being marked for life, this dude is marked!
That V tattoo on his head is going to stand for Victim after they put a bullet in it. What an idiot.
