Sunny Sunday set new record high temp, but change on horizon
EUGENE, Ore. - A sunny November Sunday set a new record high temperature for Eugene on November 4.
The mercury hit 74 degrees just after 3 p.m., breaking the previous record ofr 71 set in 1975.
The longtime average for November 4 is 56 degrees.
Forecasters see the unseasonably warm weather continuing Monday and Tuesday.
By mid-week, however, the National Weather Service forecasts snow showers down to pass level, with snow possible down to 2,500 feet by the end of the week.
I can have days like this anytime. I still want snow though at some point.

Has to be climate change, IT IS we are changing from summer to fall, and on our way to winter.  Gee what a novel idea, is this caused by man?
@souptonuts Even if (and I emphasize, if) what we are doing in the US and even Europe is causing warming, it is just a smidgeon compared to what China and India are doing. Unless the enviro-nazis are ready to take military action to change China and India, under their 'science' the earth is doomed.
@hewhoo Good point, what do you think their answer would be to that? As awsome as Mother Nature is I just can't believe we mortal beings are up to the task of even painting her toe nails.
