Couple accused of sexually abusing girl and recording it

SALEM, Ore. -- Federal agents arrested two Salem parents who agents said took pictures and recorded videos of sexual acts with a young girl.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested Michelle Lee Freeman and her husband Michael Freeman in Salem on Tuesday after they called local police to turn themselves in, according to court documents.
The Freemans appeared in court on Wednesday.
The child exploitation-fighting unit of ICE's Homeland Security Investigations worked the case and said Michelle Freeman produced child pornography videos featuring herself and her husband engaging in sexual contact a young girl.
Last month, federal officials issued a nationwide alert, and received a tip that a woman resembling Freeman may have recently worked in the Seattle-Tacoma area. At the time federal agents did not know her real name.
After that plea made the rounds on Facebook, somebody called investigators saying they knew where the woman was.
"We use the same technology that they use to trade the child pornography to help the public help us identify them," said Special Agent in Charge Brad Bench.
In court documents, a Special Agent Mark Inman wrote that investigators received several tips that the woman they were looking for was indeed Michelle Freeman. On Tuesday, officers from the Salem Police Department called and said they talked to Freeman, who said she was willing to turn herself in.
Federal agents showed up at the Freemans' house and arrested the husband and wife.
"This is a tragic example of children being manipulated and victimized," said Salem Police Chief Jerry Moore.
According to Inman, Michael Freeman admitted that he and his wife took sexual photos and videos of the 9-year-old girl while a 6-year-old girl was present.
Freeman said he was in a "bad place" when he did it, Inman wrote in court documents.
In the photos, the older girl performed a sexual act on Michael Freeman and the parents had sex with the girl present, Inman said.
The couple then started making videos of the sexual abuse, agents said.
"I started it. Somehow she (Michelle Freeman) got involved," Michael Freeman told agents, according to court documents.
Bench said the case was especially disturbing. In the images, he said Michael always hid his face, although Michelle did not.
"Any time there is sexual exploitation of a child, as a caring human, as a parent, I don't think you can be unaffected by it," he said. "It's always disturbing."
Court documents show the videos were filmed inside the master bedroom at the couple's home.
Michelle Freeman refused to speak with investigators about the allegations.
Both were arrested and face federal charges for the sexual exploitation of a child.
"Cases like this strike at the heart of all of us," said U.S. Attorney S. Amanda Marshall. "These arrests mark the culmination of a coast-to-coast, multi-agency investigation into allegations of horrendous acts of child sexual abuse and exploitation."
Agents have not said if they believe there are any other victims.
The Rotary helps fund an organization called Cares that holds every child down that comes through their doors and inserts a scope into their anus and vagina, If you file a child abuse complaint against someone and the CSD grabs their kids, they will be violated at Cares. the children are stripped and put into a frog like position with an adult putting their full weight on the child while holding their ankles, while another adult inserts a scope to visualize the hymen and anal sphincters, they say they do this because it looks better to the judge, what ever that means, and only one out of every fifteen kids needs follow up, for the others their first genital and anal violation occurs at Cares courtesy of the funding the  Rotary supplies, I have seen a little girls behavior after this "medical exam" and it is consistent with a rape victim, the CSD does not provide any therapy for these violated children. The abuse the children endure in CSD custody is horrendous, did I mention the the Rotary provides funding to Cares. Is physically holding a child down and violating their anus and vaginas abuse? If you help fund an organization that holds kids down and does this to them are you also violating these children? If the video they made while performing this procedure would be a felony if you showed it publicly, would that not indicate that something is wrong?, please note you do not have to make an allegation of sexual abuse for the children to be violated in this manner, they do it to every child, this is base on statements made by the person who inserts the scope, when confronted with the question of penetration, they denied penetration, stating they pressed the scope really really hard against the anus and vagina, but they visualize the hymen and the inner sphinter, which sounds like penetration, did I mention that the Rotary is proud to support this organization, Monsters come in all sizes and shapes, some provide the funding, others provide the abuse.
@Fancy Jack Where in the world did you get these 'facts'? I have never heard of this, and I have worked very closely with Rotarians in the past (no I am not, nor ever have been a Rotarian). Please kindly cite your sources.
@WildTangent The Rotary was at the Douglas County Fair raising money for Cares. The violations of the children was testimony given in Douglas county court, so there is a record, the woman on the stand was the one that stuck the scope into the children while another Cares member held them down. Spoke to a couple of State reps who say what they are doing is illegal, but no one is being charged, I am told they are working with a retired justice to write law to make these people personally liable for their behavior, eliminating any state immunity for their conduct. A Cares member demonstrated to me how the children were restrained prior to being penetrated, they even video the prosess I am told, as I recall, the Attorney Generals office did everything they could to supress the video evidence, they sure do not want the general public to see what they do, the Rotary is helping to foot the bill, Are you suggesting that they are giving money without realizing the actual impact on the children? That sound irresponsible.

only solution for creeps like this is to rid the country of them...put these kind of people on some kind of island with a one way ticket...that goes for all child abusers...let them "play" together...either that or just plan kill them...they do not deserve to stay on my planet and they do not deserve to be a part of my community

@WildTangent You are absolutey right, they themselves should be ashamed, but you know what, this is what happens when there is no honor left in a large part of our society. Self gratification and greed have replaced truth and honor.
 @souptonuts  @WildTangent You hit the nail on the head. Our society is lacking in honor. It is the "look out for numero uno" and the "me first" attitude that has become so popular. This attitude shows lack of natural love for others and is devoid of common decency. This is what we get when we selfishly demand our "rights" at all costs. Too many people do not look out for the welfare of the group as a whole but instead concentrate on whatever will possibly cause them excitement or a thrill for the moment. How many laws would we really need if we all treated one another with respect and honor? If parents just loved their children they would not harm them with abuse either physically, mentally or sexually. The law should read: Parents must love and care for their children. Instead we need a complicated set of laws that try to bar incest, sodomy, pornographic photos, murder, starvation, maltreatment, etc. If people would just show love and act in the best interest of others...No, it wont happen because we all need to "find ourselves." Too many do not honor the commitment of parenting anymore. Too often people have a baby/pet because they think it would be fun. Four months later they try to re-home the puppies on Craig's List, the children just get neglected or abused when parents tire of the novelty. They are not worthy of having children. For fear of "missing out" on something people throw away any chance of happiness with both hands. Children are NOT disposable!  Children are not commodities or possessions to be used. Children are an inheritance and a gift that parents are both privileged and obliged to care for to the best of our ability. Shame on ALL parents who do not put the welfare of their children above their own perverted pleasure!
