Three men arrested with stolen guns

EUGENE, Ore. -- Three men were arrested on burglary and theft charges early Sunday morning after witnesses saw them moving stolen firearms in a gas station parking lot around 12 hours earlier, Eugene Police Officials said.
At around 11:30 A.M. Saturday police responded to a report of three men moving firearms from one vehicle to another near the Space Age gas station on West 11th Ave.
Witnesses said that the men were taking multiple firearms out of a light colored Chevy Super Duty pickup and moving them into a dark colored Cadillac. One Space Age employee told KVAL News that the suspects left in the Cadillac, leaving the pickup in the parking lot.
Shortly after police started their investigation, a resident living at N. Clarey st and Century Drive called police at 4:30 P.M. Saturday reporting that a number of firearms and other property was stolen from his house.
Neighbors that witnessed to the burglary described seeing the thieves leaving the scene in a vehicle that matched the truck that was left in the parking lot near the gas station. After taking more witness statements police gathered enough information to connect the two incidents.
After further investigation officers arrested the three suspects at around 12:30 A.M. Sunday morning in the W. 11th Wal-Mart parking lot, a few hundred yards from where they initially moved the stolen property to another vehicle.
One of the men was armed with a handgun, but police made the arrest without any difficulties.
The suspects were identified as Scott Allen Steinbach, 22, Chet Evan Raymond, 21, and Tyler Buck Gorham, 19. Each faces charges of first degree burglary and theft, as well as warrants for their arrest.
Police recovered all of the property stolen from the home on Century Drive.
Eugene Police officials told KVAL News that two of the men have been released from jail and their court date is pending.
You have to be kidding me, the fact that anyone can stand up for these degenerates is a joke. I happen to be the person they stole the 12K worth of property from, including guns, my navy medals that were never recovered along with a stolen car full of our stuff. These little trash bags were childhood friends of my roommates. Heroine using, lying, hurting innocent people and being a complete drain on society are just a couple of their upstanding qualities. It will please you to know that Chet Raymond comes from a wealthy family I believe the owner of London Hair Studio is his mother and his step father is a private import luxury car salesman. Whatever they are addicted to is not my fault and it is certainly not the fault of the general public, you dare stand up for these people but how would you feel if it was you who was victimized, your privacy invaded and property stolen, better yet what do you think would have happened if I would have come strolling into my house while they were still there?? You who turn a blind eye to such criminals and say oh poor them for the bad situation they are in due to their own choices need to think about how your opinion would change when this little shit stick a pistol in your ribs and then is released the next day!

yeah it's easy to sit there and judge claiming no fault of your own isn't it? as if you know no one who has struggled with addiction? the social stigma that people associate with drug users frame them as morally imcompetent, heartless, lepers. the reality is that everyone who battles substance abuse is either the child of someone, the parent of someone, the sibling of someone, they could have been your childhood friend, a former teacher, someone who at one point you looked up to. they are human as much as you and me, driven to the point where they are so dependent on whatever it may be that it becomes their priority. how can you not see how lost, scared, confused these boys are? they have become slaves to their own demons and shame on all of you for the terrible things you have said, for i'm sure that you all struggle with your own demons as well, whatever they may be. just like i have no idea what any of you have been through in your lives, you have no idea what they have endured either. i'm sure they could use your prayers.

Chet Raymond and Tyler Gorham are first off hooked to heroin have been for years or pills or anything they can get there hands on and both are always in and out of jail and are brothers.Chet has a three year old daughter he has never seen and has nothing to with ever much less pay child support for but i think that is best for her he is a punk and and always has been and his younger brother Tyler is just trying to be like his loser brother why the world may never know but the both should be locked up so they can get there heads outta there A$# and get this kinda people off the streets

 @Shofoeshore Taking a look at Shofoeshore's profile, this is the only story they have ever commented on. So, we are now led to wonder if Shofoeshore is Scott Steinbach or Chet Raymond, because let's be honest here, you put a computer in front of Tyler Gorham, all he'll do is sniff it a couple of times and give it a funny look. Plus, with a prior record, and being a felon in possession of a firearm, Tyler is not likely to be out of jail yet anyways.Â
Ol Scotty Steinbach appears to be the life of the party judging by his Facebook photos, which include but are not limited to, him taking ecstasy in a Naval uniform. So, chances are he has something better, or least more pleasurable to do, than making a lone, dull comment on a news story. Â Chetty Boy Raymond on the other hand, is pretty much doing the same thing in his few Facebook photos. He doesn't have much going on. Neither does his comment.Â

 @Shofoeshore If you'd have done some research-or you most likely already knew-that Tyler Gorham was arrested on 4-22-12 for  "ASSAULT-2 POSSESS HEROIN ROBBERY-1 UNLF POSS OF A FIREARM". This information was copied directly from his booking sheet in the public domain. Is this more hearsay?
 @Shofoeshore Are you serious? They were witnessed moving guns from one vehicle to another vehicle-guns later reported stolen I might add. Police recovered the guns in their possession, and you say this is just "heresay"? (I believe you must mean "hearsay"-correct?)

Scott Steinbach and Chet Raymond are on Facebook, and they are very local. With that look, I suspect that not only does Tyler Gorham have a record, but so does most of his family. Simple thievery for drugs going on here. Hopefully Scotty will be kicked out of the Navel reserves. Say, someone looking for a hobby ought to send this kval link to the parents of all their friends. That wold make for some fun upcoming holiday conversation.
