Truck overturns on I-5 off-ramp, spills pipes

PORTLAND, Ore. – A truck carrying large pipes rolled onto its side, spilling its load on an Interstate 5 off-ramp Tuesday morning.

Police said no one was hurt.

The commercial truck was driving on the I-5 southbound off-ramp to northbound Interstate 205 at around 8:30 a.m. when it overturned. Police said the driver was not injured in the crash and no other vehicles were damaged.

Police cited 35-year-old Kenneth D. Harvey of Springfield, Ore. for failure to drive within a lane.
