Trucker loses control and crashes on Hwy 58

OAKRIDGE, Ore. - A trucker lost control of his rig in a curve on Highway 58, sending the truck and its trailer of wood chips crashing off the side of the road.
Kerry J. Senger, 45, of Salem was not injured in the crash. State police cited him for Failure to Maintain a Lane of Travel.
Senger was westbound on Hwy 58 east of Oakridge around 6 a.m. Monday when he lost control in a right curve., police said.
The truck went off the road and turned on its side.
The truck came to rest off the road and down an embankment.
Northwest HazMat responded to the scene due to a small leak from a diesel tank, state police said.
Hwy 58 is one mean roadway. Â Truckers and cars drivers get volocitized(do realize they are going to fast) from driving down the mountain. Â School kids have been run over at Pleasant Hill High School even with all the caution signs and lights. Slow down and live. Â Be lucky.
Well, go alittle faster on a well known dangerous road idiot! Have no thought for the other drivers!
