Two rescued from wreckage after car crash

COOS BAY, Ore. - Firefighters and sheriff's deputies pulled two young men from the wreckage of their vehicle early Monday morning.

Driver Dylan Emerson, 21, and passenger Brandon Wright, 20, got trapped after their vehicle overturned on North Bay Road near North Way Road.

North Bay Fire Department and the Coos County Sheriff's Office responded to the 1:07 a.m. crash and got the two men out of the wreck. Emerson and Wright were taken to Bay Area Hospital for treatment.

The Coos County Crash Team was called out to the scene to investigate the crash.

No word yet on what caused the crash or the extent of the two men's injuries.
