UO student kidnapped, sexually assaulted near campus
EUGENE, Ore. - A female University of Oregon student reported being sexually assaulted multiple times after leaving a house party near campus early Saturday morning, the University of Oregon said Monday.
The woman said two men approached her while at the party near Hilyard Street and E. 16th Avenue. The men followed her outside as she left.
One male sexually assaulted her in front of the house, and she was then forced into the backseat of a vehicle driven by the other male, the University said.
The first man got into the backseat with the female, and she was sexually assaulted again inside the vehicle.
The woman was able to get out of the vehicle a few blocks away.
The assailants are described as looking very similar to each other, reported as males, 18 to 21 years old, 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall, with a thin muscular build and short dark brown or black hair.
Both were wearing jeans and T-shirts.
The car was a white, later model, 4-door sedan.
Anyone who has information about this incident or similar incidents is asked to contact the Eugene Police Department at 541-682-8888.
