Vehicle-pedestrian crash blocks road

EUGENE, Ore. - Police advised motorists to avoid the North Garden Way area near MLK Jr. Boulevard as police and emergency vehicles respond to a vehicle and pedestrian-involved crash.

The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. in the 200 block of North Garden Way. North Garden Way was blocked approximately 300 yards north of MLK Jr. Boulevard as of 4:45 p.m. Thursday.

No word yet on exactly what happened and whether anyone was seriously injured.
