Woman facing 6 years in prison found hiding in bathroom

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - Police captured a wanted woman a day after she failed to show up for sentencing to 6 years in prison.
Police in Springfield found Felisha Plane, 24, on January 23, 2013, locked in the bathroom of a Springfield apartment.
Plane had
on 11 counts of identity theft, a drug charge and some misdemeanor charges, police said.
Court rules give the defendant the option of proceeding immediately to sentencing or coming back to court in 48 hours.
Due to a court furlough day and Monday's Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, she was ordered to return to court January 22 at 9:15 a.m. and let out of jail.
She didn't show up for sentencing, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Police took Plane into custody on the afternoon of January 23, 2013. A man in the apartment with her, Daniel Wayne Evans of Eugene, was charged with Interfering with Police.
If i got a notice to appear for a chance at 6 years (nickle and a bullet) in jail, I might hide in the basement too, especially if I had not done toooo much wrong. Court authorities really need to tone down their rhetoric. makes people think they will be crucified. Oh wait! didn't that already happen for the crime of sedition, after commital in absentia. Thank GOD for Jesus---Father of Democracy---baby sister was the Magna Carta from Great Britain. AFTER Christianity appeared at the rocks odd Stonehenge. Which is still techno/techtonic DRUIDÂ in Scotland!
God bless DM, he really did return to JAPAN only!
Proof that anyone can have an opinion....no matter HOW odd
I`m glad they got her before she got someone else  How could they think she would have done anything else when they cut her loose. The legal system is such a joke.
