Woman facing 6 years in prison misses court
EUGENE, Ore. - A woman facing 6 years in prison didn't show up for sentencing Tuesday.
Felisha Francine Plane, 24, pleaded guilty January 16 to a deal sending her to prison for 72 months on 11 counts of identity theft, a drug charge and some misdemeanor charges, police said.
Court rules give the defendant the option of proceeding immediately to sentencing or coming back to court in 48 hours.
Due to a court furlough day and Monday's Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, she was ordered to return to court January 22 at 9:15 a.m. and let out of jail.
She didn't show up for sentencing and is wanted by police.
Plane is 5-foot-4, 190 with brown hair and brown eyes.

Very interesting rule that allows trusting a person who has just been convicted of being untrustworthy! What the hell has our legal system come to? Eugene has really become a bad guy`s haven. Hardly a wonder that people don`t want to part with their guns. They have to protect themselves. It`s sure as hell that the legal system isn`t protecting them

this happens ALL THE TIME in Lane County. felons getting released to return to our community to break you car window, break into your house, steal your bike, defecate in your park and tag your building. Get used to it.
 @Sloan Kettering In Eugene they spent your tax dollars on building camps to give felons/bums a place to sleep off their drug/alcohol binges so they can rest before stealing again.
Let us see? Which is the greater cost keeping this crook in jail for an extra day or committing numerous resources to relocate, arrest and put back into custody. One thing about judges, most of them being of the liberal bent just can't seem to learn from their mistakes. Could it be a defect in their genes, could it be their ideology. It is plain that they have no conceptual skills. Does anyone doubt why we are in such dire financial situations in this county, state and country. Four more years, four more years, yeh, four more years. Get warmed up for the food line.

The Judge should be pulled from the bench and made to clean public toilets until she turns herself in...and that could be a while, I'm thinking

WHY Â give the option to âcome back' in 2 days??? The honor system? What made ANY sane person believe that someone who steals another personsâ identity, a drug charge and âsome misdemeanorâ charges has ANY honesty left in them at all?!?!?
