Woman jailed after SUV crash downtown
EUGENE, Ore. - A drunk driver's SUV hit a tree and came to rest on its side downtown early Monday morning, the Eugene Police department said.
Police cited the driver, 41-year-old Catherine Lynn Kelly, for DUI and booked her into jail on a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of drunk driving in another Oregon county, according to police and jail records.
The crash happened near East Sixth Avenue and Oak Street around 3:51 a.m.
41 yrs old is old enough to know that you are NOT supposed to drink and drive. Grow up!!!
