EUGENE, Ore. -- Hundreds of female fans turned out for the annual University of Oregon Women’s Football clinic. Hosted by the university’s athletic department, the women loosened up with a little bit of shopping as they sipped on wine.

Head football coach Chip Kelly started the evening with a round of Q&A with fans. Then for the next couple of hours, women went to the different stations lead by the assistant football coaches.

They learned about common moves by the offensive line, got to catch a break away pass as a wide receiver, and went through the same drills the coaches put the players through.

The cost of the clinic was about $40. The next event is set for Spring of 2013.
