Kitty rescued after 3 days atop power pole

Idaho Power officials rescued a stuck cat on top of a power pole off in Nampa Monday. Fritz the cat has been stuck up there since the beginning of the weekend and was too scared to come back down. Homeowners in the area believe it may have been startled by a dog.
