Police: Pants-less man found in crib at McCall Pancake House
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - Police in McCall discovered a strange sight last Saturday morning when they were called to the McCall Pancake House.
Officers responded to the business after staff came to work that morning and found that the restaurant was a complete mess.
Police say when they went inside, they could hear snoring coming from the shop above the eatery.
After investigating, officers say they found Jeffery Baney sleeping in an antique baby crib, and he was naked from the waist down.
Police say they were able to wake Baney up and arrest him for injury to property and trespassing.
Investigators say alcohol is a factor.
