Comet Pan-STARRS might be making its most brilliant appearance this week but guess what? It's raining in Seattle. Again. And it's supposed to remain overcast through the comet's peak viewing periods. But while the rest of the world gets treated to great Pan-STARRS sightings, Seattleites can still make do.
