See archery trailer customized on new reality show shot in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - Diamond Archery, a division of BowTech, partnered with a new reality show to create a state-of-the-art archery range out of the company’s shooting trailer.
The trailer, customized by Michael Sellhart and his crew at DAWG Automotive in Springfield, Ore., will debut June 16 at 11 a.m. outside Cabela’s in Springfield before being given to Kicking Bear, an organization that assists youth nationwide through archery camps.
“We’re thrilled and grateful that Diamond and DAWG Automotive partnered to develop this fantastic archery trailer,” said Kicking Bear founder Ray Howell. “We’re happy to share it with the public before putting it to use at our camps throughout the country.”
The trailer will be available for shooting outside Cabela’s throughout Father’s Day weekend.
Archers of all ages are encouraged to come out and try Dawg Automotive’s archery creation.
The reality show, “American Customs,” follows Sellhart and his crew as they take on unique vehicle customization projects. Each customization is done to benefit a charity or community organization. Diamond’s archery trailer for Kicking Bear is the subject of the premier episode scheduled for August 12. The renovation was funded mostly through donations from Oregon businesses.
“These camps provide kids an opportunity to have a great time and be part of something that can give them direction in their lives,” said Sellhart. “It is a great cause and DAWG Automotive is so happy to be a part of it.”
Howell, Sellhart and Diamond representatives will be on hand and available for media interviews at the unveiling.
