Police: Motorcyclist goes over cliff during high-speed race
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - A high-speed motorcycle race on Highway 21 landed a motorcyclist in the hospital Wednesday evening.

Police say three motorcyclists were racing at speeds of up to 70 miles per hour when one driver suddenly lost control and flew off an embankment.

Fishermen near Sandy Point, where the crash occurred, say they watched the motorcycle descend off of the cliff.

While the crash did not result in any life-threatening injuries, authorities say the three motorcyclists are being cited for speeding. (Photos from the Scene >>>)
