Oregon divers volunteer to swim with sharks

Gayle Orner is lead volunteer diver at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, which means she helps organize the other volunteer divers to ensure everyone is current on their dive certifications. Each diver must become a certified scuba diver before undergoing training to dive at the Oregon Coast Aquarium. By day Orner works in the research compliance office at Oregon State University.
