OSU LB Williams indefinitely suspended

Corvallis, OR – Oregon State University head football coach Mike Riley announced Friday that sophomore linebacker Josh Williams has been suspended from the football team indefinitely for a violation of team rules.
Williams played in four games as a true freshman last season.
He will have an opportunity to be reinstated at a later date pending criteria that he must meet prior to the start of the 2012 season, according to Riley.
The Beavers open fall camp Aug. 6 with the season opener Sept. 1 vs. Nicholls State at Reser Stadium in a game that is being televised by the Pac-12 Networks.
