Twilight Meet spotlight shines on throwers
By Web StaffEUGENE, Ore. (AP) - The throwers will be in the spotlight Friday evening at the Twilight Meet in Eugene. The competition at Hayward Field includes throwers who have started to trickle into Eugene in anticipation of this summer's Olympic trials. Among the featured athletes are Olympian women's javelin thrower Kim Kreiner and men's hammer thrower A.G. Kruger.
