The Sheldon Irish advanced to the 6A State Championship with a 35-28 victory over Jesuit on Saturday night at Jeld-Wen Field in Portland. The Irish will have a rematch of the 2011 game against Lake Oswego next Saturday at 1:00.
The Lakers beat the Irish 47-14 last season.
